“Great Place to Work” is the initiator in studying and recognising the best workplaces around the world for over 3 decades in over 60 countries. The assessment of Sri Lankan entities is based on the global model and methodology which has been researched and tested amongst a multitude of companies on a global scale. Due to a solid business continuity plan in place, it was a mere plug and play when the government imposed an island wide lockdown due to Covid-19.
